Donald Trump Jr. says Schiff’s evidence of collusion must have gotten lost in black hole

On Wednesday, scientists have released the first-ever image of a black hole, revealing the distant object in stunning detail. President Trump’s eldest son used the event to dunk on a political rival, Adam Schiff.

“So CNN found where Adam schiffs evidence of collusion went!” Donald Trump Jr. tweeted Wednesday along with a link to CNN article about the black hole images.

Donald Trump Jr. was referencing Rep. Adam Schiff’s comments that there is obvious collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia.

Special counsel Robert Mueller finished his two-year investigation and found no evidence of collusion. However, he didn’t make a decision on potential obstruction of justice by the President.

Republicans and Trump’s allies have been railing against Schiff for continuing to pedal the collusion narrative despite Mueller’s findings.

Some have even called for him to resign as chairman of the House Intelligence Committee.

Trump Jr first threw shade at Schiff after the Mueller report dropped, tweeting:

“Has anyone heard from slimy Adam? I mean it must be embarrassing to have have spent the last 2 years as the leader of the tinfoil hat brigade and have it all come crashing down so quick. I’m legitimately concerned for his mental state.”

Others, including Rep. Mike Conaway, told Schiff his claims of collusion undermine his ability to act as chairman of the House Intel Committee.

“We have no faith in your ability to discharge your duties in a manner consistent with your Constitutional responsibility and urge your immediate resignation as chairman of the committee,” Conaway said.
